New Plan of the Apartment

Here's the new layout of the apartment after the work. It now has fewer rooms, but much larger living areas. You'll see from this the extent of the work required. Plumbing was moved from one end of the apartment to the other, requiring special planning permission. The new bathroom was moved to a former office area, requiring enforced flooring. Walls were knocked down to open up space in several rooms, and new windows put in place to block out noise and be more energy efficient. Not sure if this is a project to undertake every year, but it was interesting. (You can click on the photo above to have a better view)
