Ceiling supports in place after removal of a central wall. The inspectors required this to ensure that the ceiling didn't fall down afterwards. The wall at the far end is the former bedroom and the staircase on the left is false after the building underwent renovation many years ago. What a difference it made to take out the wall. The apartment increased in value immediately.
